1 - The reservation becomes definitive after receiving confirmation from ANIMOPARIS SERVICES.
Our team should be informed of any cancellation no later than 7 days prior to the 1st visit.

2 - After confirmation, we will contact you to arrange an appointment at your home.

3 - During this appointment ANIMOPARIS SERVICES will verify the health certificates of the animal.
- A reservation contract confirming our services will be signed after accepting the terms and conditions.
- This appointment also allows for a first contact with the pet in question.

4 - A payment of 50% of the total amount for the service will be required, with the other 50% being paid on your return.

5 - Concerning your keys :
* The keys shall be given at the 1st appointment at your home.
* In order to recuperate your keys you must come by our head office by appointment only. The other possibility is to leave them in the post box or with the concierge.

1 - A confirmation will be sent via email for an appointment.

2 - Payment in total of the service will be made the same day as the couse or the consultancy.

1 - ANIMOPARIS SERVICES reserves the right to not accept animals reputed to be dangerous.

2 - Feeding, litter and medication is at the owners expense.

3 - ANIMOPARIS SERVICES is a declared company and insured civilly and professionally.

4 - In case of an accident or sickness during the service, ANIMOPARIS SERVICES will immediately inform the owner and bring the pet to the vet should it be urgent.
Any cost will be charged to the owner who will reimburse ANIMOPARIS SERVICES on receipt of payment.

5 - In case of a public transport strike we may have to reschedule the times for walking the dog, educational courses or any pre visit appointments.
